Local Business Partners
The Moriches Bay Project is thrilled to partner with like-minded businesses. We love what these businesses stand for, how they support the environment, and how they believe in the work of the Moriches Bay Project.
Relic
Growing up near the ocean, we have each seen the negative effects pollution has on our bays. Through networking and maintaining close relationships with several non-profit organizations focused on ocean restoration, we are able to give our customers the opportunity to bind the meaning of their shirt to an important environmental cause.
Shelly Sea Salt
Shelly Sells Sea Salt, Inc. is a small batch, Atlantic ocean sea salt company based out of Westhampton Beach, New York. For ten years, they have been harvesting water to make delicious small-batch sea salt for culinary use. They have seasonal and year-round flavors as well as their standard natural sea salt.
Hamptons Handpoured
Each candle is poured by hand in the heart of the Hamptons using 100% high-quality, clean-burning SOY. Hamptons Handpoured was created by a Hamptons’ native, to merge her love of Interior Design, Wellness, & Small Business. Each scent used in our Hamptons Handpoured Signature Village Collection, tells the story of life on the East End.
Proud Pour
Proud Pour shares the mission of their environmental restoration partners, which is to protect and heal this planet. To support their environmental partners in their critical restoration work, they give them 5% of their top-line revenue, 5x the typical give-back company.
Always high quality and sustainably grown, their drinks are a celebration of good living and our beautiful planet. Proud Pour’s sustainable wine lineup includes Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Rosé, and craft cider, with more good drinks and conservation causes in the works.
Moriches Island Sailing
Moriches Island Sailing is a local business that offers private sailing and motor boat lessons and charters on Moriches Bay. Luke Hickling, who grew up sailing on Moriches Bay, started Moriches Island Sailing in an effort to grow the local sailing community and foster appreciation for Moriches Bay. Moriches Island Sailing donates 25 oysters for every lesson and charter booked throughout the year. Thank you, Luke and Moriches Island Sailing.
