SPAT Classes Offered on the South Shore

LEARN HOW TO BECOME STEWARDS OF OUR BAYS!

The Moriches Bay Project®, in partnership Cornell Cooperative Extension’s SPAT Program and the WH Free Library; will present a series of 4 lectures covering shellfish aquaculture techniques and related information.

These lectures are a key component of CCE’s SPAT Program taught by Kim Tetrault, established over 15 years ago to encourage the community to become stewards of their environment and to restore shellfish to our bays. Classes will be suitable for all ages!

The Moriches Bay Project® is proud to be able to offer the following lectures to our South Shore community:

  • Friday June 12th from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm WH Free Library
  • Friday June 19th from 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm 906 Dune Road
  • Friday July 10th from 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm WH Free Library
  • Friday July 17th from 4:30pm – 6:00pm – 906 Dune Road

Each class is $15.00.  Reservations are a MUST.
